The Firethorn dining room is a special part of the clubhouse. With a full service bar, the best food in Lincoln, and an ambiance second to none, the dining room is capable of making any occasion a memorable one.
The Firethorn bar is our “19th” hole and is the perfect spot to enjoy a great selection of appetizers and beverages after a round of golf. While you relive the great shots of the round, two big screen HD TV’s will televise your favorite game.
The lunch menu features sandwiches, pastas, seafood and salads. Large windows overlooking the 18th hole of the Club create a great atmosphere for lunch with friends or business associates. Our dinner menu offers a Chef’s specialty menu featuring top quality fresh seafood, beef and pasta entrees. Evenings in the dining room are quiet and romantic, with the atmosphere enhanced by candle light. Every item on the menu is available for take out, including our famous Firethorn pizza.
Our extensive wine list features a great selection of varietals and appellations with many domestic and international flavors. If we don’t have your favorite wine in stock, we can order it for you at great prices.
Our new conference room seats up to 28 people for dinner. With high-speed internet, CD projection and DVD capability, it is perfect for family gatherings, meetings, or strategic planning sessions. Men’s and Women’s card rooms are usually full and the stories of the round sometimes actually reflect what truly happened on the course.
